Well hello again, football fans! It's Thursday and that means it's time for Ten & Six's Week 11 kickoff!
It's been a week since the Vikings beat Washington on Thursday night football, the Packers lost, Jay Cutler's hurt, the Lions are still in Detroit... Good time to be a Vikings fan (especially if you don't put to much stock into things like "overall record" or "quarterback ratings"). Week 11's upon us and we're kicking it off with Andrew Luck & the Colts heading to Tennessee to face the Titans.
Mikey, who takes the W tonight?
Indianapolis (6-3) at Tennessee (4-5)
Andrew Luck had a terrible game last week and his team only put up 8 points as a result. It is very apparent the Colts will go as Luck goes. The young quarterback still has some streaky to him, which is not totally unexpected but a little troubling regardless. Luck always follows a bad game up with a bounce back, all-pro performance.
This does not bode well for the Titans who, surprise, (EARTH SHATTERING REVELATION COMING) lost The Jake Locker to a season ending Lisfranc injury. I've been following football my whole life and all I know about a fucking Lisfranc is its in our feet, and if you hurt it, you're fucked. If The Jake (Hurt) Locker ever gets over the injury bug (and that's a big "if") he might actually have a shot at being the best Titans QB since the late great Air McNair. Word of advice to Jake, don't piss off your girlfriend/estranged wife, and if you do, never fall asleep around her. Colts win easy 26-13.
Final Score
Indianapolis: 26
Tennessee: 13
There you have it, football fans! The Colts get back on track and Jake Locker should be careful what he wishes for!
